Membership

Membership in the Northwest Association of Community Development Managers (NWACDM) provides valuable benefits that can help you meet the challenges of administering federally funded Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) programs. As a member of NWACDM, you'll have access to resources, training, and networking opportunities that can enhance your ability to serve low and moderate-income households in your community.

NWACDM membership includes:

  • Access to our annual conference, which provides a platform for sharing best practices, learning about new developments, and networking with colleagues from across the region.
  • Reduced rate for training associated with the conference, including workshops, breakout sessions, and presentations from experts in the field.
  • Peer-to-peer data sharing and support on policies and best practices, facilitated by our members-only website and bi-monthly member calls.
  • Active engagement with HUD CPD officials, providing a direct line of communication to the agency responsible for administering the CDBG program.
  • Affiliation with the National Association for County Community and Economic Development (NACCED), a national organization that advocates for policies and programs that support community development.

Membership in NWACDM is open to any Entitlement Community in Alaska, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington. Membership dues are based on the size of your CDBG entitlement and are as follows:
